 Shipping Policy

North American shipping on all orders will be calculated at check out. Shipping is completed daily from Calgary, AB. We hold ourselves to a high standard on getting your order out to you safely, quickly, and usually shipped the same day. Please contact us if you are trying to place a special order for an event or holiday times to avoid any shipping delays.

Alberta Customers will usually receive their order within 1-10 business days after processing.

Canada/USA Customers will usually receive your order 1 to 20 business days from the time we process your order if you live in Canada/USA.

International customers will usually receive their purchase within 5-30 business days, depending on any custom border processing hold-ups

For all Canadian, US and International customers, and email communication will be sent to you upon processing and shipping to notify you of your tracking details, if selected.

If the address provided is incorrect or needs to be modified causing the courier to be unable to deliver the order, we will send your order again but shipping will then be charged again unfortunately if the free shipping option is not selected.

Shipping delays will required to wait 30 days if order is not delivery, in case the order is rejected by Canada Post.

Order charges are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) when shipped outside Alberta HST participant provinces (Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia). Shipping charges on orders outside of HST participant provinces are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) only.
