 BEARDSYYC RETURN POLICY

Returns are offered for website sales only. If you purchase from Amazon or a local shop please contact them directly.

We offer 10 day returns. Shipping cost is not covered and you are required to return the product at your own cost. Some products don't require a return. Please see below.

Unopened & unused products 10 day returns. Shipping cost is not covered.

Refunds are to the original method of payment only.

No returns on open products. Product cannot be more than 50% used. But we will offer you a store credit. In some cases we may ask you to return the product.
Beard tonic - store credit, no return necessary
Beard Mineral Oil - store credit, no return necessary
Beard Lotion - store credit, no return necessary  
Beard Oil - store credit, no return necessary

Beard & Moustache Straightener - return required, must be inspected.
Beard LED & Massage Brush - return required, must be inspected.

Beard Combs & Brushes  - no return on used beard combs & brushes. Unopened - return required, must be inspected.

Merchandise - no return on opened merchandise. Unopened return required, must be inspected.

Damaged during shipping
We are very careful with your orders and package everything very carefully. If your order is damaged during shipping, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. In most cases we will replace your item and we will seek a claim with the shipping provider ourselves.

Customs fees and taxes for outside of Canada & USA
You are responsible for your customs and taxes once your order has arrived. If you refuse to pay customs fees and taxes your package could be returned to us and we will deduct the shipping cost and any fees in reclaiming your order and then issue you a partial refund.
